{"id":5286,"date":"2016-12-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-02T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.espace-avendre.com\/exhibition\/la-galerie-editions\/"},"modified":"2021-10-15T18:08:42","modified_gmt":"2021-10-15T16:08:42","slug":"la-galerie-editions","status":"publish","type":"exhibition","link":"https:\/\/www.espace-avendre.com\/en\/exhibition\/la-galerie-editions\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9ditions 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>December 03, 2016 \u2022 February 11, 2017<\/p>\n<p>In the Gallery, the first section entitled <strong>EDITIONS<\/strong> highlights art in its multiple forms: in collaboration with the publishers Derri\u00e8re la salle de bain, Litt\u00e9rature mineure and Adieu ne plaise, <strong>Espace A VENDRE<\/strong> presents artists&#8217; books, printed and illustrated texts, entirely handmade and in limited quantities. <strong>EDITIONS<\/strong> is also the first collaboration with the S\u00e8te-based publisher and art printer <strong>Dugrip Picard-Jacomet<\/strong>. Specialized in wood engraving, the workshop produces these numbered and signed prints in an artisanal way, from the wooden matrices of Savoy pear tree to the handmade paper, including typographic inks. Multiples of artists of the Figuration libre (Robert Combas, Herv\u00e9 Di Rosa) or particularly attached to the figure (St\u00e9phane Pencr\u00e9ac&#8217;h, Eudes Menichetti or Manuel Ocampo) are thus exposed.<\/p>\n<p>Other invited artists present multiple objects and works: <strong>Ben<\/strong>, not without malice, signs &#8220;rien&#8221;; <strong>Karine Rougier<\/strong> elaborates her mythological universe on enhanced lithographs. <strong>Jo\u00ebl Hubaut&#8217;<\/strong>s signs, <strong>Thierry Lagalla<\/strong>&#8216;s minute prints and <strong>Louis Jammes<\/strong>&#8216; photography are also displayed on the gallery&#8217;s walls.
