{"id":5478,"date":"2016-02-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-02-23T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.espace-avendre.com\/event\/luz-da-luz\/"},"modified":"2021-10-27T17:44:28","modified_gmt":"2021-10-27T15:44:28","slug":"luz-da-luz","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/www.espace-avendre.com\/en\/event\/luz-da-luz\/","title":{"rendered":"LUZ DA LUZ 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.anthea-antibes.fr\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anth\u00e9a &#8211; antipolis <\/a>theater d&#8217;antibes<\/strong> presents in collaboration with <strong>Espace A Vendre<\/strong> the Brazilian artist <strong>Kleber Matheus<\/strong> from February 24 to June 5, 2016 in the exhibition <em>Luz da luz- rites<\/em>, nature and Brazilian modernism.The works selected for this exhibition in Antibes have in common the mixtures of curves, intertwining and geometric forms that dialogue in a poetic way with the building and its curves of concrete.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors are welcomed in the hall of the theater by a neon totem over 12 meters high. The exhibition continues on the second floor with a series of brightly lit neon signs.<\/p>\n<p>Installations combining Plexiglas, plants, drawings and paintings are also displayed in the majestic ramp that serves the five floors of the theater.<\/p>\n<p>The work of<strong> Kleber Matheus<\/strong> reinvents signage on the scale of the visual arts and energizes the public&#8217;s gaze by transforming the theatrical space.
